Terms of Use

savethis is made by Hypersocial, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the savethis app or website (the “service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

The service

savethis is a personal library: you save things you love, we organize them, and we recommend more based on your taste. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Your account

You sign in with your Apple account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the service.

Your content

The things you save — links, notes, photos, ratings — remain yours. You give us the limited license needed to operate the service: storing your saves, enriching them with covers and details, syncing them across your devices, and generating your recommendations. We don’t sell your content or use it to advertise to you.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the service to store or share unlawful content.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don’t use the service to infringe others’ intellectual property.

Recommendations and third-party content

Covers, ratings, and details shown for saved items come from public sources and belong to their owners. Recommendations are generated by AI from your saves — they are suggestions, not guarantees, and may occasionally be wrong about an item’s details.

AI assistants you connect

If you connect savethis to an assistant like ChatGPT or Claude, that assistant acts on your library with your permission and under its own provider’s terms. You can revoke the connection at any time.

Termination

You can stop using savethis and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hypersocial, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We’ll update these terms as the product evolves and note the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
